Refund and Returns Policy – Vishishta Fashion
At Vishishta Fashion, we strive to provide our customers with premium imitation jewellery that meets high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and design. We carefully inspect each product before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Since our products include delicate imitation jewellery items and rental collections, we follow a fair, transparent, and structured refund and return policy to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
Returns and replacements are accepted only in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition. To ensure transparency and avoid misuse, customers must record a clear 360-degree unboxing video while opening the parcel. This video must begin before opening the package, clearly show the sealed packaging, and capture the complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits. The video must visibly show the damaged product to be eligible for a return or replacement request. Any claims raised without a proper 360-degree unboxing video will not be considered.
Customers must report any damage within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team along with the unboxing video and order details. Once verified by our team, we will offer a replacement of the same product, subject to availability. If a replacement is not available, we may provide store credit or an alternative product of equal value. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after verification and approval.
Please note that returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
• No 360-degree unboxing video provided
• Request raised after 24 hours of delivery
• Product damaged after usage
• Minor color variations due to photography and lighting
• Change of mind after purchase
• Slight design or finish variations common in imitation jewellery
For rental jewellery, customers are responsible for returning the items in the same condition as received. Any damage, missing components, or improper handling may result in additional charges or deposit deductions.
Vishishta Fashion reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request after proper verification. Our goal is to maintain fairness while ensuring customers receive quality products and a smooth shopping experience.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests will be considered only if they are made within 2 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been processed, packed, or communicated to our vendors or logistics partners and shipment preparation has begun.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Vishishta Fashion reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests based on the order status.
Non-Cancellable Products
Vishishta Fashion does not accept cancellation or return requests for perishable items, customized products, or products specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page. However, a refund or replacement may be considered if the customer can clearly establish that the product delivered was damaged, defective, or of poor quality. Damaged or Defective Products In the event of receiving a damaged or defective product, customers must report the issue to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving the product. The request will be reviewed after verification, which may include image or video proof and confirmation from our merchant or quality team. Once validated, appropriate action such as replacement or refund will be initiated.
Products Not as Described
If the product received is significantly different from what is shown on the website or does not meet the stated specifications, customers must inform our Customer Service team within 2 days of delivery. After reviewing the complaint, Vishishta Fashion will take an appropriate decision, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the case.
Warranty-Related Products
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, all warranty-related issues should be addressed directly with the respective manufacturer or authorized service center. Vishishta Fashion will not be responsible for warranty claims beyond facilitating basic information where applicable.
Refund Processing
Once a refund request is approved by Vishishta Fashion, the refund will be processed within 6 to 8 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment used during purchase. The actual time for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
